Not a customer- yet- but went by for them to look at a Husqvarna chainsaw that needed repairs. The staff looked at it and gave recommendations... unfortunately it doesn't seem to be worth savaging. I appreciate they didn't try to sell me on expensive repairs, but they were willing to proceed however i was comfortable. Seemed very knowledgeable.
